The perfect spot for a little getaway with a friend. The rooms were clean and cozy, the location was the best, and we would definitely stay again. We actually spent a fair amount of time in our room, and can attest to the cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was good, cable tv selections were also nice. You can see the walkway railings have recently been replaced and it was in full functionality again.

The room was as advertised, clean and ready. The owners are working hard during the off season to bring the facility up to a higher standard. There were a few cosmetic deficiencies but it looked like they have a handle on it. Overall very pleased with our stay and the help of the employees.

It was a very quaint little hotel very close to where we needed to go. Staff was one woman and very nice and was able to accommodate my early check in. There was also free coffee. Room was clean and overall hotel was clean and quiet. (Although the quiet part could be due to off season)

It’s in the perfect place to visit all my favorite places in Wells and Ogunquit and Kennybunkport. Candy store and several eateries within walking distance and the ocean barely 2 miles away. The staff was accommodating and kind!
